This village is celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, history, and vibrant customs that have stood the test of time. Sungai Batang is comprised of 7 Jorong, or clusters of neighboring settlements, each offering unique attractions. For instance, Jorong Kubu boasts the Nur St. Iskandar Reading House, Tapian Kualo, Medan Nan Bapaneh, and the Balerong Adat cultural center. And, you can also visit Jorong Labuah, which offers the breathtaking Ranggeh View. 3. Kelok 44
Kelok 44 is a destination that promises awe-inspiring panoramas of Danau Maninjau from afar. This meandering road spans roughly 7.8 kilometers, with each twist and turn conveniently numbered, enabling you to chart your journey.
